  • Register before accessing AI tools or education services.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use generated content for educational purposes consistent with law and school policies.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access data you do not own.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the platform.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

CloudKlass grants you a license to use generated materials for classroom use. You retain rights in content you upload. Do not redistribute or commercialize generated materials without permission unless permitted by applicable law or your agreement with us.

6. Payments

Some features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and refunds (if any) will be disclosed at the time of purchase. For school licensing, please contact sales.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, legal requirements, or to protect users and systems. You may stop using the services at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generated content may require human review for accuracy and suitability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudKlass and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
